9. Parts Policy

Our technicians will make every effort to leave your space in the same condition it was found. However, some repairs require moving heavy appliances, and by requesting service, you accept that Sam Appliance Repair and its technicians will not be held responsible for damage to floors, walls, or surrounding areas.

We provide warranty coverage only for the parts repaired or replaced as indicated on your invoice. This warranty does not extend to other components. Repairs completed without part replacement are non-refundable. Electronic parts ordered or installed through Sam Appliance Repair are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you cancel the order or installation, you are still liable for the full cost of the ordered or installed parts.

We do not cover consequential or incidental damages such as water damage or food spoilage. Warranties are non-transferable. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. This Privacy Policy has been created to help you understand how we gather, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information. The following outlines our approach to privacy protection.

At or before the time we collect personal information, we will clearly state the reasons for which the information is being gathered.

We will collect and use personal data solely to meet the purposes we have specified and for related uses, unless we obtain the individual’s consent or are required to do so by law.

We will retain personal information only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill those specified purposes.

We will collect personal information through lawful and fair methods and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual.

The personal data we collect should be relevant to the intended purposes. It should also be accurate, complete, and kept up to date as needed for those purposes.

We will take appropriate security measures to protect personal information from loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, misuse, or alteration.

We will provide customers with clear, accessible information about our policies and procedures regarding the handling of personal information.

Our commitment is to conduct business in line with these principles, ensuring the protection and confidentiality of all personal data entrusted to us.

Warranty Policy

At Sam’s Appliance Repair, we stand behind the quality of our work. Depending on the nature of the issue and the parts used, we offer a warranty period ranging from 30 to 90 days on all eligible repairs.

Warranty Coverage Terms

Our warranty applies only to the parts that were repaired or replaced during your service appointment and is valid for the duration stated on your invoice.

Other components of the appliance are not covered under this warranty.

Service call and diagnostic fees are not covered by the warranty and are non-refundable.

Once the warranty period has expired, coverage is no longer valid.

Clogs of any kind are excluded from warranty coverage.

Warranty is void in cases of misuse, improper handling, or damage caused by the customer—whether intentional or accidental.

The warranty is not applicable if foreign objects have entered pumps, motors, or other mechanical parts, causing failure.

Our technicians aim to reduce your repair costs by fixing components whenever possible. However, if the same issue recurs and requires a replacement part not previously installed, the original warranty will not apply to the new repair unless a new part is installed.

Service Call and Diagnostic Fee

The service call and diagnostic fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether a repair is completed.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid a cancellation fee, customers must notify us at least 3 business hours before the scheduled appointment start time if they wish to cancel or reschedule.

Voicemail messages left after hours will not be accepted for cancellations. You must speak directly with a live agent to cancel, and a cancellation code will be issued as confirmation.

Failure to provide timely notice will result in a service call fee of $90 + tax. This amount may vary depending on your location, time of day, and other factors.

Payment for missed appointments must be made within 24 hours of the originally scheduled time.
